Well Zynga has added another appliance for you to use in your cafe. The new appliance is a Slow Cooker and Zynga wants expects you to complete goals. These goals may take you some time to complete so the sooner you get started the sooner you can get to your goals. Here are your goals to follow.

Set up the Slow Cooker!

The Slow Cooker has a base for your cafe. You will need collect a few things to complete a set to use with the cooker.

1) 8 Stoneware Dishes
2) 8 Meat Racks
3) 6 Timers
4) 4 Oven Gloves

A Visit from Grandma

Collect 5 Invitations for Grandma
Serve or Ask for 20 French Onion Soup
Cook Homestyle Pot Roast

You will need to send invitations to friends and start you cooking.

The French Onion takes 4 hours to cook and the Homestyle Pot Roast will take 2 days to cook but you can speed up the cooking time by adding spices.

Locate Your Cooker Fixin’s

Collect 7 Cups of Cubed Beef
Collect 7 Cups of Broth
Spice 5 Friends’ Stoves

Grandma will be coming to your cafe so you had better find a lot of ingredients by calling on your friends to help you out.

To Finish Slow Cooker
Collect 5 Cups of Broth
Collect 3 Pearl Onions

Now the time has come to ask friends to help out with your items. You will need lots of items so don’t waste time, get going.

Grandma Has Arrived!

Complete Level 1 Mastery of Beef Bourguignon
Collect 6 Andouille Sausages
Collect 2 Pearl Onions

As you might have guessed, the Beef Bourguignon is a new recipe that can be cooked inside your finished Slow Cooker. For finishing this goal, you’ll receive the Summer Jambalaya recipe which will come in handy next.

Grandma’s Best

Complete Level 1 Mastery for Summer Jambalaya
Collect 8 Cups of Molasses
Spice 5 Neighbor Stoves

Now is the time to start your Slow Cooker. After finishing these goals you will receive a new recipe for Gingerbread Spoon Cake.

Dish Best Served Slow

Complete Level 1 Mastery for Gingerbread Spoon Cake
Collect 9 Poblano Peppers
Collect 3 Cups of Molasses

Finishing this goal gives you yet another recipe: Grandma’s Chili. Your next goal will wrap this whole series up, so I hope you’re ready.

After finishing the goals for the Gingerbread Spoon Cake you will get the recipe for Grandma’s Chili. This will complete the whole meal.

Complete Level 1 Mastery for Grandma’s Chili
Cook Gingerbread Spoon Cake 8 Times
Serve of Ask for Beef Bourguignon 5 Times

Don’t forget the spices in your spice rack. If you use your spices you will get bonus Mastery Points for a dish without having to cook it again. After you have finished all these goals you will receive another Slow Cooker recipe, Sweet Pulled Pork.

Surely more Slow Cooker goals and recipes will be coming out but you have plenty to do for now in Cafe World, so get to it.

     I hope you have completed all the Valentine’s Day Goals in Cafe World, See this postfirst  if you haven’t.
There are 3 new renovations that you will want to complete and which can be done with free items.

     Just earn the free decorations that normally have to be bought with Cafe Cash.

     First let’s do some Free Renovations by doing some cooking and collecting.

     Serve 7 Eggs Benedict
     Serve 7 Bacon and Eggs
     Ask for 5 Ladders

     Just click the ask button to have your friends send you the ladders. In the meantime start the cooking the eggs benedict which will cost 300 coins and ready to serve in 6 hours and the bacon and eggs will need 1,000 coins to cook and take 9 hours. Completing these will get you a Stainless Wall Oven which would have cost you 10 Cafe Cash to buy at the store.

     You may not be able to see this quest on your account, just serve 1 or 2 dishes to see the black progess window and click on it to ask for the ladders.

     Now it is time to complete “Free Matching Set” which will ask you to serve more dishes and ask for some items.

     Serve 7 Fish n Chips
     Ask for 7 Lunchboxes
     Ask for 7 Coolers

     Cooking the Fish n Chips will be 1,650 coins and cooks in 2 hours. While the Fish n Chips are cooking send request for the 7 Lunchboxes and 7 Coolers that you will need to advance. For completing these you will get a Stainles Steel Cabinet and a Stainless Steel Sink that usually have to be purchase for 10 Cafe Cash each.

     Last to do is “Free Steel Counter” which works just like the previous 2 quest. Doing a little cooking and collecting to earn your last free item.

     Serve 35 Ginger Plum Pork Chops
     Ask for 9 Bibs
     Ask for 9 Serving Bowls

     Cooking the Ginger Plum Pork Chops will cost 2,200 coins and will take a day to cook unless you want to cook them faster by using spices. Now collect the 9 Bibs and 9 Serving bowls and you will get your free prize, a Stainless Counter to serve food. If hadn’t complete this step you would have to pay 30 Cafe Cash for the counter.

     Just remember that these dishes have to be cooked and served!!! You can cook and throw away. Also as you complete each item you will see a free item in your inventory. Go to the Decorative Functional in the store. You will see x1 besides the free items. Drag them to your cafe and you will not be charged any Cafe Cash.

     Make sure you have completed the Valentine’s Day quest before doing the things I have just described.

     Valentine’s Day is almost here again and Cafe World has come up with more things for us to do to help Espresso Joe and Lisa Latte find true love. As you know they had a kiss at the New Years Eve Celebration. Old Joe has now got the nerve to ask Lisa on a date for Valentine Day.

     What you will need to do is help Joe have the perfect Valentine’s Day for Lisa. You will have to go through eight days of preparing. Getting the roses, cooking a fabuluos dinner, decorating the Cafe just perfect and a few other things. Complete the eight days and you will get some nice prizes but you have to them all.

     Let’s get started on Valentine’s Day 1—-These will be easy.

Place the Love Thermometer
Spice 5 Friends’ Stoves
Cook 5 Pita and Dolmas

     Find the Love Thermometer in the Special items section of the store and add it to your Cafe—this is free to do.The thermometer will begin to fill as you go through task.

     Now just cook the Pita and Dolmas by buying the 4-hour dish and cook five times to complete.

     You will receive 100 Coins and 100 Cafe Points for completing day 1.

     Let’s move on to Valentine Day 2 For the collection feature.

     You’ll need to get 2 Roses
     Cook 10 French Onion Soup
     Buy 1 Flower Machine

     Find the Flower Machine in the Decorations section and buy for 60,000 coins.
Just start cooking the French Onion Soup it doesn’t need to completed.
     Next you get the Roses. They act just RSVPs did in the past. In other words, if a friend has sent you a rose you will be able to carrying it with you throughout, they add up. You can only one rose from each friend.

     By completing Valentine Day 2 you will get 200 coins and 200 cafe points. You can share with your friends on your wall.

     Valentine Day 3 is a little harder to complete as you will have to unlock the first of 3 new recipes. You will have asked your friends to send you the 5 ingredients to unlock the Oyster Shooter Recipe.

     Visit 5 Neighbors
     Get 2 Bags of Oysters
     Get 3 Glasses

     Now you will use the Oyster Shooter Recipe to finish Valentine’s Day 4. You will also need to get some more roses.

     Get 5 Roses
     Serve 10 Oyster Shooters
     Spice 7 Neighbors’ Stoves

     You already have 2 so you only need to get 3 more. Cook the Oyster Shooter using your cookbook. This will take an hour, which will cost you 290 coins but don’t worry you will make this back. Just serve 50 customers at 12 coins each and will make 600 coins.

     For Valentine Day 5 you will have to help with your friends cafe and collect more roses.

     Collect 11 Roses
     Buy 3 Cupid Trumpeter Statues
     Spice 7 Neighbors’ Stoves

      At this point you may not have enough neighbors to finish in one day, just pick up the next day where you left off. Buy the Cupid Trumpeter Satues at the store for 30,000 coins for each one.

      For Valentine Day 6 you will discover 3 new dishes, for which you will have to get the ingredients to be able to unlock.

      Earn 20,000 Coins
     Get 3 Tbsp of Butter
     Get 5 Turbot Fillet

     You will have to get help from friends to collect the 8 items. By doing this you will be able to unlock the Sauteed Turbot Recipe. Cooking for 6 hours will cost you 1620 coins which in return earn you 3600 coins for serving 300 for 12 coins each.

     On Valentine Day 7 you to unlock the third dish you will need.

     Earn 50,000 Coins
     Get 5 Quarts of Heavy Cream
     Get 10 Large Eggs

     Now you will need to go ask some of your friends for the ingredients for the Cream Brulee recipe. Cooking Creme Brulee will cost 4250 coins and 20 hours to cook. This will make 1000 servings that you can sell for 10 coins each which will earn you 10,000 coins. Not a bad return.

     Ok, now you are at Valentine Day 8 to make everything perfect for Joe to impress Lisa. To complete you will again have to ask your friends for some roses and serve your dishes.

     Get 20 Roses
     Serve 20 Creme Brulee
     Serve 2 Sauteed Turbot

     If you have done everything right for Joe you will have made Lisa very happy and maybe the perfect match.

      You only have until Valentine’s Day, February 14, to complete all the task. If you are able to complete this mission you have to chance at some really nice prizes.

     Hope you didn’t get sucked into playing Frontierville and wasting all your free time like this guy did.

     I guess playing games on Facebook has caused a lot of us to waste time our free time but oh look how much fun we have had.

     Just think if we weren’t playing games we could be wasting our time on meaningless things, like mowing grass, cleaning house, and a lot of less interesting things. So go ahead and play all the games you want after all those other things will be there tomorrow or the next day.
